My Neighborhood, My Real Estate

Your Choice, Your Success

My name is Sam Jia; married to Morning Wang for more than 15 years; no kids; two dogs – Daisy and Estelle, both of them rescued while we were students at McGill University back in 1999. In 2001, after I graduating with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, we moved to Toronto.

My career in real estate started in 2004. I began with a big-gun Re/Max franchised company to join Morning, who worked then as a buyer specialist. We decided to diversify our specialties and for me to develop into a listing agent. Coming from both engineering and customer service background, I become very system-oriented and client-focused and always ensure I have all the up-to-date statistics in the current marketplace. In 2011, I changed to CultureLink Realty.

My philosophy is client service. I believe all my clients want to work with someone who has a straight-forward, honest manner and who can give informed and knowledgeable advice. I believe success in real estate comes through interpersonal communication and connection. First by listening and then by delivering. With 9 years under my belt, I guess I have finally earned my stripes.

Linking Cultures: One home at a time…

We at CultureLink believe in and strive to promote diversity, understanding and multiculturalism in every aspect of our business. As Toronto being a vibrant city of multiculturalism, we are proud of this heritage and it’s all reflected in our name. We are dedicated to always giving our best through fairness and ethics and building long lasting relationships upon years of service and trust, not the next quick deal.

Whether you are interested in a new home, land or business, you can trust us to provide a complete array of services with benevolent friendliness and expertising competence.
